By downloading, installing, or using Scorelyst, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the application and uninstall it from your device.

Information Collection

Scorelyst does not collect, request, or process any personal data from its users. The app does not require account creation, login, email address, phone number, location access, or any other form of user identification. Scorelyst does not use analytics tools, advertising frameworks, cookies, tracking pixels, or any other mechanism to monitor user behaviour.

Local Data Storage

Scorelyst stores game-related data — such as player names, scores, game settings, and match history — exclusively on your device using the platform's built-in local storage mechanism. This data never leaves your device. Scorelyst does not transmit, upload, sync, or back up any data to external servers, cloud services, or any third-party infrastructure.

You have full control over this data at all times. You may delete individual game records within the app or clear all history from the app's history screen. Uninstalling the app will permanently and irreversibly remove all stored data from your device.

Data Sharing

Scorelyst does not share, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose any data to third parties under any circumstances. Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is no data available to share.

Internet and Network Usage

Scorelyst is designed to function entirely offline. The app does not require, request, or utilise an internet connection for any of its features. No network calls, API requests, or data transmissions of any kind are made by the application.

Third-Party Services and Platforms

Scorelyst is distributed through the Google Play Store. While Scorelyst itself does not collect any data, the distribution platform (Google Play Store) and your device's operating system may independently collect usage data, crash reports, or other information in accordance with their own privacy policies. These data collection practices are outside of Scorelyst's control and are governed by the respective privacy policies of Google and your device manufacturer.

Advertising

Scorelyst does not display advertisements of any kind. The app does not integrate any advertising SDKs, ad networks, or sponsored content.

Your Rights

Regardless of your location, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Right to Access: All your data is stored locally on your device and is fully accessible to you within the app at all times.
• Right to Deletion: You may delete individual game records or clear all history directly within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all data permanently.
• Right to Portability: As all data exists solely on your device, it is inherently within your possession.
• Right to Information: You may contact us at any time to request information about our data practices.

Since Scorelyst does not collect or process personal data, the requirements of data protection regulations such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and similar laws are inherently satisfied. No data controller or data processor relationship exists between Scorelyst and its users.

Children's Privacy

Scorelyst does not collect personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13 (as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA) or under the age of 16 (as defined by the GDPR). Because the app collects no data whatsoever, it is safe for use by individuals of all ages. Parents and guardians can be assured that no personal data is collected, stored, or shared from their children's use of this application.

Security

All data stored by Scorelyst resides exclusively on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device encryption, screen lock, and any other security measures you have enabled. Scorelyst does not implement additional encryption as the data is non-sensitive in nature (game scores and player display names) and never leaves your device.

Limitation of Liability

Scorelyst is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Scorelyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the application.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. The revised policy will be made available within the app and on this page.

Scorelyst does not send push notifications, emails, or any other form of direct communication to users. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to periodically review this Privacy Policy for any changes. Your continued use of Scorelyst after any modifications to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
